The Green Belt Lean Certification for Healthcare Course is designed for healthcare practitioners, managers, executives, quality leaders and process improvement specialists interested in using Lean to improve the delivery of care in their organization.
The Green Belt Lean Certification for Facilities Design Course is specifically for architects, healthcare facility designers and healthcare leaders participating in new or remodeled construction.
      

Both Green Belt Lean Certification Programs include the 4-day course and require a completed project to demonstrate competency and application of Lean concepts.
