Lean supply chain and distribution solutions are critical to healthcare organizations looking to streamline supply delivery and reduce costs. Traditional supply chain processes utilized in most hospitals are outdated, forcing clinicians to spend a lot of time managing supplies—time that could be spent effectively fulfilling patient needs.
Demand Flow is a new approach to healthcare supplies distribution. Fusing visual signals with the analytics required to enable a successful kanban operation in healthcare organizations. Demand Flow not only reduces the cost and space requirements of a traditional materials management system; it ensures clinicians have what they need, when they need it, throughout all clinical work-areas (not just inpatient).
